At Moore Creative Digital Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below for digital downloads and physical products.

Digital Download Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

If you experience any issues with your files such as:

• trouble downloading
• file errors
• missing files

Please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Physical Products

For physical products shipped to you, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• item must be unused
• item must be in original condition
• item must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged item
• photos of the packaging

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement for a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help arrange an exchange.
