At Moore Creative Digital Designs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns for both digital and physical products.
Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
Digital products include items such as:
• Canva templates
• printable tags
• digital downloads
• marketing templates
• graphics and digital files
Because these items cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.
If you experience any issues such as:
• difficulty downloading files
• corrupted files
• missing files
please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Physical Products
For physical products shipped to you, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• the item must be unused
• the item must be in original condition
• the item must be returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
• your order number
• photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
