For Physical Products such as Wedding Cake Charms, Golf Gifts, Air Plants and such, you must contact us via email at moorecreativedownloads@gmail.com to get authorization for Returns and Refunds if the product is damaged.  There are no returns or refunds given otherwise.  All return shipping is the customers responsibility.
